Bollywood’s Dabangg Salman Khan is all set to ablaze the small screen with his upcoming popular reality show 'Bigg Boss 15'. The actor is returning as host for the show’s new and exciting season, which is based on the theme of ‘Sankat In Jungle'. According to reports, Salman, who has been the host of the show for the past 11 seasons, will be paid a whopping amount of Rs 350 crore for hosting the show for 14 weeks.
Yes, you read that right! The superstar will be receiving approximately Rs 25 crore per week for BB 15. Salman is said to be the highest-paid host on television. Reports about Salman charging a hefty amount to fulfill his hosting duties surface every season. Last year, it was reported that the actor was paid Rs 2.5 crore per episode from season 4 to Season 6.
For season 7, he doubled his fees to Rs 5 crore, and for Bigg Boss 13, Salman reportedly charged Rs 13 crore per week.
Coming back to Bigg Boss 15, several teasers and promos have been released by makers on social media, giving audiences a glimpse of the new season. This time, contestants would have to go through a rocky time before enjoying the comforts of the BB house. While the list of contestants is yet to be announced, Bigg Boss OTT winner Divya Agarwal and Pratik Sehajpal are confirmed contestants to be locked inside the ‘Bigg Boss 15’ house.
